Ensure that you have correct browser settings

  3. Select Tools on the menu above. Select Internet Options from the pull-down menu. Select Privacy from the tabs at the top of the window. Select the Advanced button and ensure that Cookies are set to Accept.
  4. Macintosh users are advised to turn off virtual memory when accessing this site.

Configuring Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or higher

  1. Select Tools on the menu above. Select Options from the pull-down menu. Select the category called Privacy. Make sure the Accept cookies from sites. Close the screen by clicking the OK button.
  2. Select Tools on the menu above. Select Options from the pull-down menu. Select the category called Content. Make sure Enable JavaScript box is checked. Close the screen by clicking the OK button.

Configuring Netscape Navigator 9.0 or higher

  1. Select Edit on the menu above. Select Preferences from the pull-down menu. Select the category called Advanced. Make sure the Accept all cookies box is checked. Make sure Enable JavaScript and Enable Java boxes are checked. Close the screens by clicking the OK button.

Configuring AOL 9.0 or higher

  1. Select My AOL from the toolbar. Select Preferences from the drop-down menu. Then click on the WWW button. Select the Security tab and set it to Medium.
